Accidents and injury recording

When you have a damaged or repair that needs to be dealt with it is easy to forget who you asked, with our CM system you can create a ‘Task’ and then allocate that to the Manager, staff member to complete, times and dates for this to get completed can be added, you are then automatically notified, the same if the job isn’t completed on time.

Routine maintenance becomes so easy to keep on top of, the system will also store all copies of your maintenance reports for Fire extinguisher maintenance, Intruder alarm, pubic lift, lifting equipment etc, all these are available directly from our cloud-based system.

A full analysis of all accidents and incidents

One of the most important features is the Accident and incident module, this enables you to keep track of all accidents and incidents within your organisation with emails automatically sent to let you know when an incident occurs.

The system allows for the accident to be investigated, documents supporting and photographs uploaded and if needed the report can be electronically submitted to the HSE for cases of RIDDOR.

Without the detailed analysis, you cannot see where the accident hotspots are, with this software you can tell at a glance and take appropriate action to reduce and minimise danger.

You would think that this software should cost £thousands? well not at all, there is a minimum of 25 staff members at £5.00 per staff member per month, this equals only £1.25 per week per staff member, that is remarkable value when you consider what is saved.
