We have been using ISITCHECKED for over a year now at our Veterinary surgery and we cannot speak highly enough of HSADD Ltd. We currently use the system to monitor controlled drug levels and fridge temperatures at the practice and we are adding the use of Clocking IN and Clocking OUT for staff and to monitor animals who are staying in the kennels overnight after operations and treatment. This App can be used for endless possibilities and is extremely flexible in what it can be used for. We have checked with VMD (Veterinary Medical Directorate, HMG) and they were extremely positive after reviewing the system and were happy to approve its use.  The App is easy to use easy to manage and the report system can provide a wealth of information.  If we want to add a checklist or additional item it can be completed instantly. Using ISITCHECKED has helped me to maintain quickly and easily with all my checks being stored and paperless. Following an environmental Health officer from Sefton Council, I was told my ISITCHECKED  record system is 'excellent' and she would be happy to see it in other restaurants and food outlets, she was highly complementary and extremely impressed by ISITCHECKED.

I would like to thank HSADD Ltd and Isitchecked, we have had so many claims over the past years we were being declined for renewal of insurance and to get insured our rates had doubled. We had Dave installed both the Compliance Management system and Isitchecked real-time checklists system, within 4 weeks of running the systems we had a civil claim that someone had slipped on a toilet floor, I opened the claim letter and downloaded the checks made that night and was able to prove that withing 30 minutes either side of the time of the claim, and through the night, the toilets were checked by four different members of staff, the clean and dry state of the toilets recorded, one check was only 4 minutes before the claim time and another 3 minutes after! I sent off the letter and emailed the PDF report to our insurers and received a letter back stating that they would be 'robustly' defending the claim and that the evidence provided by Isitchecked was 'perfect'. I heard back one month later that the claim had now been discontinued and since then we have not had a successful claim succeed against our business and the rates of insurance have dropped dramatically.
